Nokie’s Review:
This is one of my favorite chemical exfoliant ever!  I’ve been using this in my skin care routine for over 3 months now and I really love how my face glows! This product comes in a container of 60 pads that’s ready to use! The pads are really thin but can hold a ton of products in there. I can get lazy some days and love the fact that it’s already there for me to wipe my face!!! (I use about 5 to15 products, so I do get those lazy days!!!) On my lazy nights, after I double cleanse, I use this exfoliant pad then my moisturizing toner and other serums. On my not-so-lazy nights, I try to be rigorous with my routine (don’t get intimated). When I used heavy pore clogging makeup… I need to triple clean my face. After I double cleanse, I exfoliate with a scrub or my ClearSonic to clean out the extra dirt and excessive oil. Then I use a toner to make sure all my makeup is gone. At this point, my face is mad at me… so I give a nice hydrating mask. After 25 - 30mins (sometimes 60mins) after the mask, I finally use the chemical exfoliant. My face is nice and smooth, already clean!!!), and now it’s bright and glowing. I wait about 5 minutes before I start putting my serums and moisturizer one. I knew the glycolic acid will dry out my skin so I balance that out with a hydrating serum. One of the best combinations ever! I use the acid to kill the nasty dry skin and then feed it with hydrating serums!!! Oh my face loves me now and it’s glowing!

In the morning, after using the glycolic acid, I make sure I have at least SPF 30 and above on and re-touch with mineral SPF. Make sure all your SPF is physical base and not chemical base ingredients. More about sunscreen/SPF soon!

When I first used the acid, my face stung a bit. I can feel it working. As I kept using it my tolerance got higher and higher. I do have combination skin and I’m oilier on the T-zone and pretty much dry everywhere else. So, I started cleaning my T-zone with it then slowly go outwards. Some people even want to save the products by using every other night; while some even cut it in half and only need that half for the entire face.

I didn’t get any breakouts with this product which is a good thing. It also helped with my hormone breakouts but there’s always that 1 stubborn pimple on the chin!!!. The acid did help it heal faster for sure! After the first use my face was brightened. After 3 weeks of using it morning & night, I noticed my dark spots were clearing up nicely! After 3 months, my skin is so much clearer and people were noticing it too. I will start doing it every other night since my face is getting clear and I don’t need that much acid on my face for pimples. And when I do have pimple it works well with benzoyl peroxide or tea tress oil. I just use a q-cotton swab and dap it on the pimple (Spot treatment!)  I highly recommend having this chemical exfoliant. I love natural products on my face but there are days… I just need that extra boost!
